Pia has a special interest in the connections between physical health and psychological wellbeing and has a background in Health Science, Nutrition & Herbal Medicine. She is a passionate advocate for integrative health care and attunes her therapy approach to ensure you feel heard and supported. She provides a whole person approach.
Pia utilises EMDR, CBT, ACT, and Schema therapy. She is skilled and works with individuals with conflict and distress in their relationships, and she has completed Advanced Gottman training in couple’s counselling and can support individual's in the aftermath of affairs. Pia is certified in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy and offers harm reduction counselling.
