Phoenix Rise Equine Therapies offers counselling whilst engaging with our amazing therapy horses. Our programs are for children, young people and adults including NDIS participants, with a focus on mental health support through somatic exploration with a holistic and trauma informed approach to healing the mind, body and spirit. We are passionate in supporting those who experience a range of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, PTSD, trauma, autism, ADHD, plus so much more. We tailor our programs to our clients individual goals they are wanting to work towards.
Phoenix Rise Equine Therapies offers an alternative to traditional therapy services. We are outdoors, experiencing the beauty of nature and incorporating the energy horses bring to each and every session. Horses are amazing animals and encourage us to be present and have awareness of self and the environment, which creates an opportunity to heal and grow.
At Phoenix Rise Equine Therapies, we have a passion for those with complex needs by supporting them to learn skills and strategies to improve their way of life, to feel good about themselves that is authentically them and supporting the needs of each individual person.
