I provide adult individual and couple's counselling. I can help unpack and guide the resolution of issues that may be preventing you living life to its fullest. I have 25 years experience in helping people work through relationship issues, life's turning points, and problematic behaviours. In addition to my private practice counselling I have also worked for organisations including Banyule Community Health, Gambler's Help and Beyond Blue. My counselling is grounded in the Humanistic and Psychodynamic approaches.
My areas of counselling expertise include addictions counselling, family violence counselling and couples counselling. Dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma and loss and grief presentations has been a central component of all my counselling work.
