I work with heterosexual, multiracial, same sex couples and individuals who are in a place of questioning or are seeking help with a specific situation or event. Couples may be wanting some "fine tuning" in specific areas of their relationship or they may be experiencing a crisis due to an infidelity or breakdown in communication and may be unsure if they can or even want to, stay together. Individuals may be ready to explore childhood issues, dealing with trauma or having an existential crisis. I teach Circle of Security an attachment based parent program for caregivers wanting to parent differently to their parents.
I can help you by listening, being curious and meeting with you as an equal. My goal is to help you become aware of what you are feeling and how you respond in different situations, this helps you manage your reactions and be choiceful about how you respond. This strengthens your connection with yourself and others.
