I work with lots of different presentations including depression, anxiety, grief, insomnia, psychosis, and trauma and attachment difficulties. I enjoy working with gender-diverse and neurodivergent people.
I use a range of therapies depending on your preferences and needs, including ACT, DBT, Schema Therapy, CBT, and EMDR.
