You are not alone anymore. Right now you may feel stressed, anxious, sad, unsure, ashamed, unloved....I get it, I've been there. For 30 years+ I learned about human psychology, therapies, neuroscience as well as metabolic health and nutrition. I use that knowledge and my qualifications to offer in-person counselling at Radius Medical Centre, YHB Clinic, Albany Creek. In the body and mind connection I mostly deal with the mind. The rest of the time i provide counselling online with early morning, late evening and weekend appointments. Be Seen , Heard and Understood... Friendly approach...we may even laugh together.
I help with trauma, anxiety, grief, relationships... All ages adults with special interest for seniors and women in difficult relationships. Working with GPs & dieticians I provide counselling for patients with metabolic disease from coming to term with a diagnosis to setting lifestyle changes needed while improving your self-esteem & compassion.
Sessions are airy, with tools and techniques you will be able to use for the rest of your life. I explain the science behind a practice or exercise, let you know my reasoning, and where we are on our agreed therapy path so you see your progress and never feel lost in your therapy. I see the whole of you not just your issues. You are more than your problems.

In person at Radius Medical Centre, $80, pay at reception. Online , $95 by bank transfer or Stripe. Once we know each other I offer 3 sessions booked for $90each. If you don't need me as much I can do 1/2 hour appointments at $70 (my session planning and notes writing remain the same)
