I have completed a Master of Clinical Psychology. I am registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). I have worked with a variety of clients who needed support in various areas of functioning, both in the early intervention space and with populations presenting with prolonged difficulties. I have experience working with a range of psychological and emotional challenges, including depression, anxiety, sleep disturbance, trauma, PTSD, and schizophrenia.

I approach therapy as a collaborative journey, prioritising warmth and empathy to build strong client connections. I work with evidence-based treatments and draw from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based CBT.

I am fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English and welcome clients who may be more comfortable conversing in any of these languages.
