Pam is a registered psychologist, social worker, family and couples therapist. Pam has extensive experience in a broad range of mental health problems including depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD, adjustment difficulties, ASD, ADHD, grief and loss, relationship issues, perinatal mental health and fertility issues. Pam will provide a thorough assessment of the presenting issues and work collaboratively with you to devise a comprehensive treatment plan. She sees clients for face-to-face sessions as well as Telehealth sessions (Zoom video-conferencing.). GP or specialist referral is required for the Medicare rebate.
Pam is committed to assisting people with evidence based treatment strategies: CBT, ACT, IPT, Milan Systemic family therapy and Gottman Couples Therapy. She is also a Senior Fertility Counsellor and works with individuals and couples undergoing ART treatment.
Pam has a respectful, non judgmental, warm interpersonal style and tailors her work to fit the needs of individuals, couples and families requiring psychological care and dealing with challenging life experiences. She will respond to all enquiries within 48 hours.
