Secret Agent Society - Social Skills Group
Are you aged 8-12 years old and ready to solve the mystery of emotions and social encounters? Join a small group of fellow Cadets and learn to decode how you and others feel and behave. During your Cadet Club Meetings you will prepare your child for life’s social and emotional challenges. In a fun and effective way! Through spy-themed gamified learning the program, has demonstrated effectiveness in improving four key life skills: Emotion Recognition (in self and others) Emotion Regulation (particularly anxiety and anger) Social Problem Solving Social Skills (for friendship and teamwork)

Healthy Relationships for Women 17+
This program is for women aged 17+ who identify with an intellectual disability, learning disability or Autism. During the 8 weekly sessions we will explore topics that are important to all of us, including; Identifying personal values, Types of relationships Setting Boundaries, Recognising abuse, Communication skills Intimate relationships. If you are not feeling confident to attend group sessions, we can also explore 1:1 therapy. This can be funded through NDIS plan and self managed participants, please call or email us for more information and register your interest. Online sessions and face to face sessions available.
