Here at Sunnybank, we specialise in helping people who are experiencing mental health difficulties through understanding complex thoughts, feelings and situations. We can sit outside by the fire, on a picnic blanket, inside on the lounge or walk the property- it's experiential, meaning that we help you to experience the change, the healing, the shift. Specialisation in children, adolescents and adults in need of diagnosis, or already diagnosed, higher functioning autism spectrum conditions, including those associated with (diagnosed) chromosomal abnormalities, and their parents or partners. Issues may be that the individual requires a formal diagnosis, intervention, intervention guidance, relationship guidance or parenting guidance.

I enjoy working with a range of psychological and emotional concerns. My main area of interest is helping people who are living with an eating disorder. I am passionate about timely and effective support for individuals struggling with eating and body image concerns. In addition to eating disorders, I enjoy working with people who are experiencing different types of anxiety and emotional distress, chronic pain and illness, relationship concerns, grief, loss and adjusting to life changes including parenthood.

I am a qualified and experienced Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and counsellor, dedicated to providing therapy to individuals of all ages, including adolescents. Inner Peace Counselling Services provides a service to anyone who may be needing a little extra support facing issues such as domestic violence, mental health, grief & loss. I offer a mature & compassionate approach and am dedicated to improving the well-being and daily outcomes of those impacted by such distressing issues. Inner Peace Counselling Services is an 'NDIS' approved provider. All services are available in clinic face to face, via zoom or phone. 'NDIS' services can also be provided at nursing homes and in care homes via appointment only.
