Sandtray therapy is for all individuals aged 3 through to adulthood. It is for clients who have experienced/are experiencing trauma, loss, anxiety, depression, behavioural and emotional difficulties, neurodivergent individuals and/or speech/communication issues. Sandtray therapy is a whole brain expressive form of psychotherapy/counselling, led by the individual. Clients learn to explore and process their internal feelings, emotions trauma and grief when they build ‘sand worlds’ (placing and arranging objects, symbols and miniatures in a tray of sand).
