Telehealth provides flexibility and accessibility for clients who may be more comfortable in their own environment or for those who the demands of their day to day lives mean they put off prioritising themselves.
Chaille is a compassionate and experienced psychologist. She has had the privilege of supporting a wide range of clients across a number of settings including Community , Schools and in the Clinic setting. Her approach is relaxed and client-centered, creating a safe, comfortable environment where clients can enhance their overall Mental Health and Wellbeing.
Using evidence-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Schema Therapy . Chaille helps clients develop effective coping strategies challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and cultivate greater self-awareness and self-compassion.
