Bringing over 15 years of experience, I specialise in supporting both couples and individuals who have become lost from themselves and from each other, who feel overwhelmed with the expectations of life and find it difficult to know where to start.
Working from a value based person-centred approach, I am able to connect with my clients on an individual level and establish a practical plan to initiate and evaluate change. I understand the barriers to accessing support and work within my client’s perspective to gain and maintain a personal commitment to growth.
I am passionate about assisting people to unlock their unconscious barriers to growth, overcome self-sabotage and recognise their ability to self-fulfil. Giving hope to the hopeless and power to the powerless forms the basis of the support that I offer. I bring a diversity of experience in both a personal and professional context.
