As an overachiever you find yourself stressed and overwhelmed. You know it's important to practice self-care but increasingly you have found your mental health slipping. I also find deep value in working with clients who have identified the impact of the emotional trauma of their childhood in their current relationships and personal endeavours.
Having consulted 25yrs in psychiatric hospitals, corporate entities and clinical practice, drawing from a background in attachment and psychoanalysis,I offer a range of evidenced-based therapies designed to the unique presentation of my clients. I have personally encountered the professional and entrepreneurial experience of having owned two group practices.
