I'm a warm, engaging, and compassionate psychologist who strives to establish a safe, honest, and trusting therapeutic relationship with my clients. I work with adults experiencing a range of life challenges, including stress, procrastination, anxiety, depression, and adjustment to life changes. I have specialist training in clinical neuropsychology that equips me to work with adults living with ADHD and acquired brain injury.
I offer a flexible range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness-based therapy. I welcome clients of all genders, ethnicities, religions, relationship types and sexualities.
