Hi, I’m Kiki (she/her), a Master’s qualified Art Therapist offering Community Art Therapy for children, teenagers, and adults. I provide face-to-face, online, and nature-based sessions using evidence-based, trauma-informed techniques for private and NDIS clients. My lived experience of neurodiversity helps me create neuro-affirming spaces for healing and growth. I view Community Art Therapy as a means to enhance emotional resilience and build meaningful connections through connections to storytelling and nature.
Art Therapy is an evidence-based psychotherapy using creative methods to enhance wellbeing. Its non-verbal characteristics make the psychotherapy intervention accessible and empowering. By using both brain hemispheres in the creative process, I support others to gently integrate and organise traumatic material in the brain and body to recover and thrive.
As a comic artist, I use narrative tools to help clients externalise challenges and create empowering stories to change themselves and the world around them. My mission is to support individuals in forging meaningful connections within themselves and with others.
