Hi, I’m Natalie. I love being a counsellor! It’s such a privilege to hear peoples stories and concerns and to offer support while exploring solutions together. I’m excited that you have taken the first step towards feeling better! I know it can be nerve-racking to make contact and to talk about private things - I’ve been there. I offer a safe, confidential space, to really listen to you and to validate your feelings and experiences. You are not alone! My dream is that you would thrive and know life to the full.
I offer help with issues such as self-esteem, identity, family issues, depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, work challenges, and life transitions using primarily Person Centred Therapy. I am curious about your ways of thinking, your attitudes, behaviours, beliefs (about self and others) and expectations.
I am warm and empathic, with first-hand experience of life challenges including general depression, post natal depression, anxiety, stress, grief, learning difficulties, relationship issues, life transitions and PTSD. Having experienced the benefits of counselling, I am now in a place to offer you the same. Lets chat together over a cuppa!
