I believe that everyone has their own unique story that is important and I am passionate about supporting people who come to see me to find their strengths and to build on their inner resources so that they can move forward into a deeper sense of connection, joy and meaning in their life. People who come to see me typically are looking for someone to listen deeply, to journey beside them as they make sense of their world and to work with them to locate tools and strategies for addressing what isn't working, so they can move through that and feel empowered to deal with life's challenges.

I work with people who come to see me utilising a blend of evidence-based, focused psychological strategies and creative art therapy approaches involving visual art making, narrative and movement.
