I have 28 yrs counselling experience. I specialise in working with adults & couples supporting mental health and wellbeing, trauma & relationship issues. I specialise working along side clients with intersectionality identities. I am strategy and strength focussed and work across various therapeutic modalities to suit my client's needs.
I'm a natural advocate, educator and advisor. I will teach you lots of easy to apply strategies to regulate your mood, develop a better headspace and improve your relationships.
