I am clinical psychologist and work with anxiety disorders, depression, addictions, trauma and relationships. My therapeutic approach uses CBT, ACT and mindfulness for letting go of unhelpful thoughts, being present with difficult emotions and connecting to your values; the things that really matter to you.
I completed my doctorate in clinical psychology at University College London in 2003. I have worked as a clinical psychologist in sexual health and community mental health services. I set up The Skype Clinic in 2012 and now work online from Melbourne. I am a gay man and have a particular interest in LGBTQIA+ well-being.
The standard fee for a 50-minute session is $180 for individual therapy. If you have a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP you can claim a Medicare rebate of $141.85 per session for 10 sessions (i.e. the gap fee is $38.15).
