I work with a range of client experiences, including grief & loss, depression, anxiety, adjustment to change, parenting, relationships, ADHD & Autism (particularly with adult diagnoses). I provide a neuro-affirming approach & specialise in utilising mindfulness to reduce stress levels, enhance coping, and improve emotional regulation along with wellbeing.
