As a dedicated mental health therapist specialising in child, youth and adult wellbeing, I am committed to providing compassionate and effective therapy to individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges. My years of experience have focused on a deep understanding of developmental psychology, trauma and attachment-based therapies. In my practice I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions, gain insight, and achieve personal growth. Mental Health Services include individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults that draw from a range of evidence based therapies.
I have specialised training in child and adult mental health issues, backed by a Masters of Mental Health in Psychotherapy and Attachment Based Family Therapy. My practice in include individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, draws from CBT, DBT, Trauma Therapy, expressive arts therapy, Family Therapy, Narrative and Interpersonal Therapy.
I address mental health issues comprehensively, considering emotional, developmental, and relational aspects to promote overall well-being. Each treatment plan is uniquely tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of my clients, promoting lasting positive change. I offer in person and Telehealth sessions.
