Finding evidence based ways to cope and thrive empowers school staff to be well and live well (and work well too).
My practice, Compassionate Schools/ Compassionate Self Psychology works only with school staff across Australia. My background as a teacher and now psychologist allows me to understand the unique pressures facing school staff in schools including coping with challenging students and families, challenging leadership and other school-based circumstances .
