I am an experienced Couples Counsellor and Separation / Divorce Mediator. I understand the importance of effective communication and conflict resolution. I became a counsellor to help people find their voice, validate their emotions, and gain a better understanding of themselves and their relationships.

In my relationship counselling work, I use the Gottman Couples Therapy Model, the only research-based couples therapy model, to help couples communicate better and manage conflict in a healthy way along with other modalities to suit client's needs.
I am passionate about providing a non-judgmental space for my clients to challenge themselves to reveal all of the resources, talents, gifts and opportunities existing within them and how to put these into practice in their everyday life for better relationships, healthier communication and to resolve conflict.
