I am an experienced, compassionate, and genuine Clinical Psychologist who offers a wide range of assessment, report writing and counselling services for those over 16 years. I have worked in private practice, forensic settings and as a school psychologist over the years. My approach is warm and friendly and I endeavour to make you feel safe and at ease from the initial session.
I utilise collaborative, evidence based treatments such as CBT, EMDR, Schema Therapy, and ACT to bring about meaningful change. I have extensive experience with workers' compensation and insurance assessment, treatment and reporting, as well as medico-legal assessments. I am also an AHPRA Certified Clinical Supervisor.
While I am happy to work with a broad range of presentations, my specialities include anxiety management, parenting support and trauma processing.
