I am a clinical psychologist with extensive experience within the public and private sectors of psychological health. I have worked in Private Practice, Fly In Fly Out (FIFO) environments, and several Government agencies including Drug & Alcohol, the Department of Corrective Services, and the Department of Child Protection. The diversity of my past employment and ongoing personal development/education provides me with a broad range of skills within the services I can provide to adult clients when working from an evidence-based model.
I utilise several psychological approaches to best support my client’s needs which include but are not limited to: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Schema Therapy and Imagery Rescripting, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
