Matthew strives to help anyone aiming to enshrine a meaningful future. He is an experienced couples counsellor, and works with adolescents, fundamentally aiding them to work towards implementing better self-care and manage issues/symptoms to live a flourishing life. As the world turns with more difficult challenges, Matthew provides a space for individuals to build their capacities in safe and warming environment. At the core of this, is his analytic work in collaboration with clients to help find essential strategies for building resilience, or work towards behavioural modification.
Matthew can effectively select and apply interventions that can be appropriately modified to client's preferences. These include trauma informed Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) solution-focused therapy (SFT), and extensive meditation strategies. Matthew is also experienced in couples counselling (Gottman Therapy)
Matthew is a registered counsellor with extensive experience working with both, neurotypical and neurodiverse youths/adults. In completing comprehensive studies in philosophy and psychology, he works to expand client awareness while utilising a great empathic capacity to help his clients manage symptoms, and reach their primary goals.
