I have over 4 years experience working as a psychotherapist working within the counselling and psychotherapy space. Seeing clients who are neurodiverse as well as those who present with other complex mental health concerns. I have conducted therapy is many different spaces including, Residential Services, High Schools and working alongside other practitioners and consulting for private practice. Trained in and practice cognitive behavioural therapy, Gottman Method counselling (Couples Counselling). At its core, my practice aims to be person centred and emotion focus, to help tailor the therapy to their needs, past present and future
My areas of work include, depression, anxiety as well as other self-esteem and confidence presentations. Ensuring it creates a neurodiverse affirming environment. Motivation, mental health, relationship counselling as well as support for those who are carers to those who have various mental and physical health concerns.
I offer on going therapy within a space that has been designed to be safe, empathic, non-judgemental, accepting and supportive of those who are struggling, after a little support or who have goals that they wish to work on. Working with people from young children, teenagers, adults and older adults
