For couples I offer The Gottman Relationship Check-up, a 90 minute online comprehensive assessment that provides interventions, strategies and antidotes for all areas of the relationship. I also offer EMDR Light Bar therapy for clients with PTSD, anxiety, sexual abuse, depression and addiction.
