I offer online counselling and advocacy services for people who are LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, in diverse relationship structures or with complex health challenges or disability. I am committed to providing a space that is anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ affirming, fat-liberating, sex-positive, neurodiversity-affirming, disability justice-oriented, trauma-informed and anti-oppressive.
I offer support with food and body image issues, alcohol or substance use, trauma (developmental, interpersonal, systemic, or intergenerational), exploring neurodivergence and developing affirming strategies, nervous system education and regulation strategies, polyamory/consensual non-monogamy, same-gender (LGBQ) relationship issues & sexual identity.
I am a neurodivergent, queer, cis woman in a bigger body, and I have been through my own therapy journey, so I understand the vulnerability it takes to reach out and engage in this work.
