With my experience in Counselling and Midwifery, I provide a warm and non-judgmental environment where we can work together towards your goals using a collaborative and strengths-based approach. I work with parents and individuals from a variety of backgrounds and pathways of life with the goal of empowering them in their journey called life. I can also speak Italian and German as I migrated here from Europe.
I integrate my counselling practice with breathing techniques, mindfulness, art as well as with practical resources for effective parenting.
