I am a warm and friendly child and family therapist and have worked with children and adolescents overcome a range of emotional, psychological, behavioural difficulties. I work with parents and caregivers connect positively with their child, feel supported, gain effective parenting skills, and in the process access the most authentic parts of themselves.
I have over 17 years of experience working with a range of presenting issues in the field of child and adolescent mental health, family therapy, play therapy, and primary and secondary schools settings. I am passionate about supporting children feel understood, attuned to themselves and strengthen their relationships with parents and caregivers.
