I am friendly, non-judgemental, and have a relaxed approach in therapy. Many people feel shame or guilt if they do not meet their goals. "Tough love" and shame are never a recipe for improvement without a negative compensation as a result. Compassion, understanding, patience, and guidance is the recipe I use in my practice.
