I love helping people who are facing difficulties in their life, whether they be in an intimate relationship, at work or with friends or family and is willing to look at alternative ways they might be able to move forward to either create solutions or find a deeper acceptance of what is.

I have been trained in both counselling and Gestalt psychotherapy. Gestalt emphasises present moment awareness and the contact between therapist and client. It assumes that the client has all the resources they need available to them and takes full responsibility for their experience. Our focus will be on the process rather than the content of the story.

We all face struggles in life. Whatever you're dealing with right now, you are not alone. I would feel honoured to be given the opportunity to work with you and raise awareness of what is happening, what are the contributing factors and what pathways forward might be available to us. I will always do my best for every client to show up and be of service.
