Groups
Topsoil Garden Spring Horticulture Therapy Program
An evidence-based therapeutic horticulture program centered on enhancing personal wellbeing. Spring is a time of new life, growth and transformation - our inner journey in this season is reflected everywhere in the garden. The program involves engaging in active, hands-on gardening and creating connections within the community and with peers. The program is weekly (2hr sessions) for 10 weeks. It concludes with a celebration which brings together all participants from across the groups, and their family members to share a meal with some of the produce we grow.
