Finding a counsellor that is a good fit for you is important, and not always easy. Sometimes we have a clear idea of what we need, we just don't know how to get there. Other times we have no sense of what we need to change, only that something needs to. I will provide a safe space for you to learn about yourself so that you can develop knowledge and skills that you can use in your everyday life.
I provide counselling for individuals aged 15+ and highly value the person entering the counselling room. I have 25 years experiencing supporting clients in a variety of settings and am a qualified counsellor both in the UK and in Australia, having moved here in 2012.
