I am particularly interested in emotion dysregulation, BPD, ADHD, cPTSD and experiences of rejection-based trauma. My aim is to provide high-quality, compassionate care to individuals, couples, and families struggling with mental health issues. I am committed to providing a safe space for the LGBTQIA+ community and other communities experiencing marginalisation.
I work with several therapeutic modalities, including DBT and Schema Therapy. An understanding of the impact of external social and political structures on individuals informs my work and I am committed to creating a safe and inclusive space to support people developing personally meaningful insights and develop the skills and understanding to thrive.
