I am a Clinical Psychologist working with young people/adolescents and adults. I have a passion for supporting people with Eating Disorders and body image concerns. I also work with people with a range of presentations, including mood difficulties, anxiety & OCD, life transitions, challenges with parenting, self harm, personality and attachment difficulties, emotion regulation and interpersonal difficulties, all from a trauma informed framework. I have a strong focus on the therapeutic relationship, and often work with people who have struggled to connect to other therapists or who have had unhelpful experiences in the past.
I specialise in Eating Disorders, having worked as a Senior Clinician at a Youth Eating Disorders Day Program. I also have extensive experience working with young people with significant Depression & Anxiety. I have worked across both the public and private sector for many years and draw on a range of therapeutic modalities.
My approach is collaborative, down to earth and authentic. I have a strong focus on the therapist-client relationship and will work along side you to help you feel comfortable to explore your difficulties, connect to your values, and learn new ways of being, relating to yourself and others, and moving towards meaningful change, however that looks for you.
