Hi I’m Lindy, although formally trained as a counsellor, I am also autodidact and am well versed in other therapeutic modalities. I enjoy learning about philosophy, psychology and spirituality from the old masters to modern. I use a holistic approach, and somewhat esoteric practices with clients. I have a background in crisis support and trauma.
