Hi and welcome! I work with adults, adolescents and children 8-12 years. My aim is to support clients through a compassionate and collaborative process to meet their therapy goals and to address any barriers along the way. I like to focus on strengths and at the same time acknowledge the very real struggles we can experience as part of being human! My approach is client-directed and I utilise evidence based frameworks. When working with children and young people I use a child-centred approach and adapt interventions to be child-friendly and appropriate to their developmental stage.
I work with the following concerns:- mood disorders, anxiety, adjustment, trauma, personal issues, relationship issues, self harm, sexuality and gender identity issues, grief and loss, adolescent issues and child specific concerns.
