I'm a clinical psychologist in private practice with a particular focus on LGBTQIA+ wellbeing. I work with anyone looking to learn skills to manage difficult thoughts, feelings, and situations. I have particular interest and experience working with anxiety disorders, sexual and gender diversity, grief (especially following a death by suicide), and unhelpful behavioural patterns (e.g., procrastination, perfectionism, people-pleasing).
I work hard to make therapy practical and meaningful for each client, and primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR). I also have an upcoming group program for LGBTQIA+ people aged 18 to 30, starting mid-August.
