Lee McGlynn is a psychologist registered with AHPRA and is a registered teacher in Queensland. She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society. She has over 15 years’ experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults in both the educational and private sectors. Lee uses a client focused approach and establishes strong therapeutic relationships to promote change. In addition to counselling and promoting mental wellbeing, Lee has extensive experience in the assessment of children and adults with autism, intellectual disability and learning disabilities.
We offer the following approaches to counselling: CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and solution focused positive psychology. We adopt a play-based approach to intervention with young children. We offer psychoeducational assessments for ASD, ADHD, dyslexia and learning difficulties in children, adolescents, and adults.
