I am a registered counsellor with lived experience of eating disorders and compulsive exercise. It is my passion and privilege to draw on my lived experience to support individuals and their loved ones navigate their recovery journey.
In my counselling practice, I adopt a strengths-based, person-centred approach that honours and encourages the value and uniqueness of each individual. My priority is to connect with you where you are on your journey and walk with you to help you achieve your recovery goals. I am currently welcoming new clients on the Sunshine Coast or online Australia-wide.
