Hi I'm Leanne I'm a Counsellor, Art Therapist, Emotional Freedom Techniques Practitioner and an Eating Psychology Coach, yes I know that's a lot of titles. What can I say I love to learn as many ways as I can to support the women who come to see me. I am passionate about supporting women to treat themselves with compassion and kindness and I have been doing this in various roles for over 30 years.
What you can expect when you come to see me is firstly to be heard in a safe and confidential space. Your sessions with me are focused on what you want to work on at a pace that feels safe for you. I have extensive experience working with women who have experienced trauma, anxiety, grief, depression.
My belief is that you are the expert of your life not me, I am here to sit along side you as we explore the issues impacting you. I do however have a lot to say about self care so you can expect me to be assisting you to develop a sustainable self care practice.
