I work with a range of presentations in adolescents to mid to late adulthood, including: Recovery from depression, Anxiety, Eating-related disorders (particularly Binge Eating Disorder & Bulimia Nervosa, destigmatizing weight, and reducing diet culture), body image challenges and disordered exercising, Relationship difficulties, Career challenges and coaching, Complex trauma and PTSD, Adult late ADHD diagnosis – especially in women, and with Defence Veterans Australia.
I practice a range of therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Eye Movement, Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and skill building techniques while working towards your individual needs and therapeutic goals.
I approach the therapeutic space and client journey from a place of compassion & genuine connection. I utilise a client-centred approach to therapy to elicit collaborative growth & healing with clients through evidence-based therapies.
