I am a registered psychologist and offer services through telehealth which allows clients to access support from anywhere. I find that clients prefer telehealth sessions over face-to-face because they can more easily fit therapy in around work and life commitments.
I operate from a person-centered approach which means that we work collaboratively together to set achievable and meaningful goals. Clients often describe me as being open and warm which they find helpful in the therapeutic process. I am guided by you and set therapy at your pace.
