I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist who has been practicing across public mental health and private practice roles for over 10 years. I completed my Master of Clinical Psychology at Deakin University and I am a Board Approved Supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia. I work with young people and adults aged 17 and over across a range of mental health issues including: Depression, Stress management, Adjustment difficulties, Grief and Loss, Anxiety, Trauma, and Personality Disorders.
My approach has been described to be warm, empathic, and collaborative, drawing from a range of evidence-based therapeutic models such as: EMDR, Schema Therapy (ST), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (skills).
