I have a particular interest working with complex trauma and PTSD, in the general community and military population. I also work with anxiety, phobias, depression, grief, addiction and general mental health concerns. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy.
