My style of therapy includes trauma-informed approaches that support you to reconnect with yourself, review underlying beliefs, and address unwanted behaviours and thought patterns. My approach to treatment is tailored to meet your specific needs and treatment goals. I draw on a variety of techniques such as CBT & Schema Therapy, plus equip you with tools to support your healing process. I also value holistic approaches to treatment including Mindfulness and Meditation, and have advanced training in Trauma-informed Yoga.
