I aim to support you within areas of relationship issues, family conflict, building confidence, racial trauma, burnout, diverse body image, gender and sexuality, work stress , imposter syndrome, social justice fatigue, coping with anxiety, depression and loneliness. My therapeutic stance is deeply embedded in an intersectional philosophy. I offer Art Therapy, where I support you to explore, using imagination, metaphor and symbolism, I also offer Counselling that is progressive, relational, creative and adaptive to your therapeutic goals.
I offer Friday and Saturday appointments in my practice, offering online and in-person sessions . Additionally, I can see self managed/nominated, NDIS participants. My fees are on a sliding scale between $120-$180 depending on your capacity and comfortability.
It isn't easy to take this first step, its really brave! I seek to make space for you to navigate, reflect, endure and overcome challenges that may emerge. You will not be carrying it all on your own. I work to foster an environment of support that validates and acknowledges your experience. I see you, hear you and meet you where you are.
